 Double the Fun

Two-th fairies and VW sidecars

Northville, MI–June 23, 2010–Preservation Dental, the office of Dr. William S. Demray, is proud to present characters from the new DVD release “ToothFairy” in the annual Independence Day Parade in downtown Northville. This year the parade will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2010 – beginning at 10:00 a.m.

In the movie, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson stars as Derek Thompson, one of the toughest hockey players around. He doubts the ToothFairy and is sent to the ToothFairy Training Center where Julie Andrews and Billy Crystal teach him the ropes of the job! The principal of Grandview Elementary in Livonia, Ellen Demray, will play the Julie Andrews character.

You will do a double take, thinking you are seeing double as two white vintage Volkswagens roll down the parade route connected and carrying the ToothFairy characters each sporting a pair of frilly wings. Youngsters watching from the sidelines will receive a special coin personally delivered by Tooth-Fairies-In-Training from Miss Harriet’s Dance Studio – but only if they are believers!

Dr. Demray will serve as emcee of the parade for the third consecutive year: “The parade is such a gem. Everyone who participates does so from the heart. No matter how jostled the world around us is, the heart of what matters can be found in the thousands of loyal parade goers who line the streets of my hometown for this patriotic celebration year after year. I am honored to once again have the opportunity to serve as emcee with Lisa Barry.” Dr. Demray will once again host Faces in the Air in the parking lot of Preservation Dental (corner of Griswold & Main in downtown Northville). The airbrush face painting artists will be prepared to “decorate” the cheeks, arms, legs – even bald heads – of passers by with patriotic designs and more, compliments of Dr. Demray. “I’m prescribing a double dose of fun for Saturday, July 3, 2010.”
